Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist Needed in FL

Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist Needed in FL:
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 5x10s per week. 7am-5pm for dayshift and 5pm-7am for CV beeper call
Plus a 24 -hour regular weekend shift, Saturday 7am - Sunday 7am.
Work details:
· Trauma Call: In-house call shift starts at 3pm and runs to 7am. MDs will have a CRNA for the general OR/Trauma/IR cases. The post call day is off if preferred.
· Support staff: CRNA (Not for CV call)
· Patients per shift: 3-4
· Trauma Level: Level II
· Self performing cases is uncommon. Physicians are expected to be present for Induction and Emergence, participate in post op-care, participate in pre-op evaluation of patient. This is a hands on practice.
· Skills required: Ortho, Spine, Vascular, limited Neuro, Endo, EP Lab, *NO OB, *NO TRANSPLANTS*
· Cardiac Case Load: With TAVRs, mitral clips, CABG, etc, 10-12/week. 40-50/month. EP, watchman = 80/month.

FL License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
