📅 Assignment Details
Schedule: Full-time
Shifts: 5x10s per week
Call Structure:
Weekday In-House Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Call: 24-hour (Sat 7:00 AM – Sun 7:00 AM)
Post-Call Day: Off (optional to work)
Beeper Call: Included weekdays + weekends
🏥 Practice Setting
Facility Type: Level II Trauma Center
OR Coverage: 12 ORs + 9 NORA locations
Annual Cases: ~9,000
EMR:
Medaxion (anesthesia)
Meditech (orders & records)
🩺 Work Details
Patients per Day: ~3–4 (higher acuity focus)
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising CRNAs (care team model)
Being present for induction & emergence
Pre-op evaluations and post-op care
Participating in high-acuity case management
👥 Team Environment
Model: Care team (1:3 MD:CRNA ratio)
9 MDs / 16 APPs
Physicians supervise ~99% of cases (hands-on involvement required)
CRNA support for general OR, trauma, and IR cases

Cardiac Volume:
10–12 week (CABG, TAVR, Mitral Clips)
