• Location: Elmhurst, Illinois
• Start: October
• Length of commitment: 6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 7a-3p or 7a-5p
• Schedule: 8 -10-hour shifts- PM Beeper call is optional. Weekend call TBD
• Amount of coverage needed: Full time
• Supervision: Supervision is optional
• Procedures per day: Varies on the department
• Main Procedures: Bread and Butter, Ortho, Minimal OB, Minimal Spine, Very low consensus on Brain and heart
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active IL license
• Credentialing Timeframe: 4 weeks for standard privs and can grant emergency privs in 2 weeks
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
