Location: Rockford, IL
Specialty: Anesthesiology (MD/DO)
Start: January preferred (February acceptable)
Commitment: 1 year minimum
Schedule: 2–5 days/week, outpatient office-based setting
Hours: 8-hour guarantee
Call: None

Outpatient office-based anesthesia ONLY
No nights, no weekends, no call
Solo anesthesia practice
Healthy pediatric patients (ages 3–9, ASA I–II)
Work alongside a paramedic to provide nasally intubated general anesthesia
High-demand schedule with consistent workflow

Requirements:
Active Illinois medical license
Must be enrolled in IL IMPACT Medicaid system
PEDS experience REQUIRED
ACLS & PALS required
New grads accepted
Credentialing: ~2 weeks if already in IMPACT
