Opportunity Overview
A busy outpatient dental anesthesia practice in North Chicago is seeking a Pediatric-capable Anesthesiologist due to increased demand. This is a low-acuity, office-based role with no call, no nights, and a flexible weekly schedule. The provider will cover two nearby offices located approximately 13 minutes apart.

Assignment Details
Location: Chicago (North Chicago area), IL
Setting: Outpatient dental offices (2 locations)
Providers Needed: 1 Anesthesiologist (MD/DO)
Start Date: January preferred (February acceptable)
Commitment: Minimum 1-year commitment

Schedule
2–5 days per week
8-hour daily guarantee
No nights
No call
Office-based outpatient setting

Practice Model
Solo anesthesiology practice
Anesthesiologist works alongside a paramedic
Independent delivery of anesthesia services

Case Details
Case Type: Dental anesthesia only
Patient Population: Healthy pediatric patients
ASA: I–II only
Ages: 3–9 years
Anesthesia: Nasal intubation with general anesthesia
Pediatric experience required

Requirements
MD/DO – Anesthesiology
Active Illinois license required
Must be enrolled in the Illinois IMPACT Medicaid system
ACLS & PALS required
Pediatric anesthesia experience required

New grads accepted

Credentialing
~2 weeks if already active in IL IMPACT
