Shifts:
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Call 1:8, weekdays and weekends
• 6 cases per day
• CRNA supervision required
• 10 OR’s
• Adult and PEDS
Required:
• Active, unrestricted Indiana state license
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Compensation:
