SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday: 7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a (secondary)
Call Schedule: at least once a week (secondary call), call is from home
Call response time: 30 mins
Dates coverage is needed: April 29- May 1, May 5-9, June 2-6, June 30- July 3

Types of Cases required: General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
Must be proficient in Spinals, blocks, Epidurals: Yes
**This is not a supervision model. CRNAs work independently.
