Opportunity Overview
A well-established hospital and affiliated surgery center in Indiana are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist for ongoing locum coverage. This is a solo anesthesia model with a diverse but manageable case mix, strong CRNA support, and consistent scheduling. Holiday coverage bonuses available on select dates.

Schedule
Hours: 7:30am – 3:30pm
Call: Yes
Call hours: 3:30pm – 7:30am
Rotation: ~3 weeknights per month
Primary Call: In-house

Secondary Call: 30-minute response time
Coverage Dates (Current & Upcoming)
December: 24 (x4), 25 (secondary call), 26 (x2), 30
January: 5–9 (x2), 12–16, 30
February: 9–13 (x3), 20, 24–27
March: 2–6, 8–13, 15–20 (x3), 23–27 (x3)
April: 6–10 (x2), 13–17 (x3), 20–24, 27–May 3
Holiday week bonuses apply to select dates.
Practice Model
Anesthesia Model: Solo MD

Daily Staffing:
6 CRNAs
4 MDs daily
1 post-call provider off
~9 providers per day total
ORs: 8 total
ASC Coverage: 2 providers daily

Case Mix
Primary: General, Endo (ASC-heavy), Ortho, Urology
OB: High-risk OB including VBACs (required)
Additional: GYN, Oncology, Liver, ENT, Radiology w/ anesthesia, Pulmonology, Podiatry, Cosmetics
Limited: Light cardiac (lungs only), major vascular (very light)
Endo Volume: ~2,100 cases/year (primarily ASC)
