About the clinician's workday

The anesthesiologist will provide comprehensive perioperative anesthesia care for endoscopy, general surgery, and gynecologic cases during structured 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM day shifts averaging 10-12 cases daily. The clinician will conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, manage intraoperative anesthesia delivery, and coordinate post-operative recovery while working alongside autonomous CRNAs in a collaborative hospital environment. Board certification in Anesthesiology with Iowa medical licensure is required for this position that offers predictable scheduling with no call coverage obligations.
