💰 Compensation
• Pay Range: $340–$350/hr
• Call Back Pay: $450/hr
• 24 Hr Call: $1500/day
• Night Call: $400/shift

🗓 Schedule & Coverage
• Start Date: 5/18/2026
• Shifts: Day shifts
• Weekday coverage: Monday–Friday
• Shift options: 10 , 12 , or 14 hour shifts
• Minimum availability: 2 weeks/month
• Coverage Type: Scheduled + optional call
• Call: In house physician call (no beeper except Cardiac)

• Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• EMR: EPIC
• ORs: 41 Operating Rooms
• Care Model: ~75% hands on / 25% supervision
• Case Mix: OB, General, GYN, ENT, Ortho, Cardiac, Neuro, Urology

✅ Requirements
• Board Certified Anesthesiology
• Active Kentucky License (or willing to license)
• Minimum 3 years experience (5+ preferred)
• Home address must be 50+ miles away
• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
• 1099 Locum Tenens
