• Location: Carson City, NV
• Target Start: December 30th
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend

• Shift Details: Hours 7a-7p (call from 7p-7a)
• Schedule rotation: 3 on 2 off (weeks)
• Call: OR Call schedule rotated equally between providers while working (20-minute call response time)
• Support staff: 3 MDs 10 CRNAs. Will supervise CRNAs
• Types of Cases: cardiac, gen, ortho, OB, urology, GI, podiatry, healthy peds, ENT, neuro, vascular thoracic, Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
• EMR: EPIC
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active NV License, DEA/CSR
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
