Setting: Hospital (Level II Trauma Center)
Contract Length: Ongoing
📅 Assignment Details
Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts + call
Weekday Shifts: 8, 10, or 12 hours (Mon–Fri)
Call Schedule:
Weeknight Call: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend Call: 24 hours (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)

🩺 Work Details
Responsibilities Include:
Supervising CRNAs during daytime shifts
Independently managing cases while on call
Providing anesthesia across a range of surgical services
🧠 Clinical Scope
General anesthesia
Cardiovascular (CV) anesthesia preferred
Mix of supervised and independent practice
👥 Team Environment
Generalist anesthesiologist + CRNA support
Collaborative supervision model during the day
Independent case coverage during call
⭐ Preferred Skills
CV Fellowship
TEE Certification
👤 Ideal Candidate
Comfortable supervising CRNAs and working independently
Experience in CV anesthesia strongly preferred
Open to new grads directly out of fellowship

Board Certification: BE/BC in Anesthesiology

Temps/Emergency Privileges: Available

• 13 weeks with option to extend
