Position Overview

• Center Profile:
o Established ASC (approximately 3 years old)
o Fully equipped with emergency equipment
• Clinical Focus:
o IVF retrievals (experience not required)
 Typical volume 1–4 cases per day, maximum 6
 Average case length ~15 minutes
o Hysteroscopies (Mondays and possibly Wednesdays/Thursdays; maximum 2 per day)
o Occasional D&C
• Anesthesia Type:
o MAC / monitored anesthesia care (propofol, fentanyl)
o No complex cases
• Patient Population:
o Very low risk population

Schedule and Coverage
• Coverage Window: Ongoing through December 1
• Schedule Structure:
o Coverage runs from the 1st Tuesday of each month through the 18th or 20th
o Two full urology days per month
o Remaining days are short days, ending when cases are completed
• Daily Start Time: 7:00 AM
o Most days conclude between 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
