Anesthesiologist needed in NM!

Job description

-Contract Length: Ongoing
-Shift Details: 10 7a-5p
-Schedule: 5 days a week. Call from in-house & remote shared between MDs/CRNAs.
-Work Details:
· Amount of coverage needed per month: full time
· Patient population/age: Adults
· Department description: The site does about 2-3 cardiac cases per week Collaborative partnership with cardiac surgeons, interventionist, radiology, echocardiography, and nursing – the rest of the time they will be doing general.
· 10 Anesthetizing locations | 199 beds. Collaborative practice and great hospital culture. 7,800 cases per year—nice case variety.
-Case Mix: General surgery, ENT, orthopedic, bariatric, obstetrics/gynecology, plastics, pediatric dental, podiatry, robotic, cardiac (80 cases/year), GI
· Hospital bed size: 200
· Special procedures: Cardiac Cases, general Anes. experience acceptable
-Practice Setting: Hospital
-Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Yes
· *** Willing to license for the need if they have cardiac anes exp.
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: TEE if cardiac
· Minimum experience required: 2 years minimum experience.
-Credentialing Timeframe: 4-6 weeks (noticing closer to 60 days)
