Job Title: Anesthesiologist – Locum Tenens
Location: Dunkirk, NY
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
Weeknight call follows the day shift
Weekend call required
On-Call Requirements: Weeknight and weekend pager call
Board Certification Required: Yes – Anesthesiology
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Patient Population: Adults
EMR: iPro
Support Staff: CRNAs supervised by anesthesiologists (1:4 MD-to-CRNA ratio)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45 days (expedited privileges available)
Procedures Include:
General anesthesia
Orthopedic anesthesia
Supervising CRNAs during regular hours
Performing own cases while on call
