A busy facility in Wilmington, North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a 13-week locum tenens assignment. This is a great opportunity to practice in a high-volume setting with a diverse case mix while enjoying the coastal lifestyle Wilmington has to offer.

Assignment Details:

Specialty: Anesthesiology

Start Date: ASAP (must start by 4/1/26 to qualify for bonus)

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift Options: 8-hour or 10-hour shifts only

Call: No call

Privileging Timeframe: Approximately 120 days

Emergency Privileges: Available


Practice Setting:

Case Types: General, Cardiac, Orthopedic, OB, Pediatrics

Supervision Model: MDs supervise CRNAs

MDs Performing Own Cases: No

Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 50

EMR: Epic


Requirements:

Board Certified in Anesthesiology (Required)

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited College of Medicine

Completion of an approved Anesthesia Residency

Active North Carolina medical license
