A hospital in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologists for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative anesthesia team providing high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical specialties.

Assignment Details:

Start Date: May 10
Ongoing Coverage Needed

Schedule:
5x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
16-hour call shifts
Weeknight call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (as needed)
FTE Need: 3–4 providers per month

Practice Setting:

Hospital-based (135 beds)
1:3 anesthesiologist-to-CRNA/room ratio
EMR: Epic

Case Mix:

Vascular
OB/GYN
General Surgery
GI
Pediatrics
Plastics
Orthopedics (high volume)
Robotics
Urology

Key Skills Required:

MAC anesthesia
Regional anesthesia (must be proficient in nerve blocks for orthopedic cases)
Spinal anesthesia
Ultrasound-guided techniques

Patient Population:

All ages

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible (Anesthesiology)
Active Pennsylvania license
Must be willing to take call

Credentialing:

Standard timeframe: ~90 days
Temporary privileges available for clean files
