Anesthesia OnCall is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for a full-time locum assignment at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a weekday, day-shift role with no call and no weekends.

Facility & Assignment
Primary facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown
Cross-credentialing: TriStar Centennial Medical Center
Assignment length: 6 months
Start date: February 23, 2026
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 45 days

Monday through Friday
6:30a–5:00p
No call
No weekends

Cases & Scope
Approximate case mix:
30% Orthopedics
16% General
14% Urology
9% Neuro/Spine
8% GYN
5% Cardiology
5% Endo/Gastric
OB limited to epidurals only
No spinals or blocks required
Regional anesthesia experience helpful but not required

Compensation & Coverage

Requirements
Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist
Active Tennessee license or ability to obtain
Experienced physicians only
EMR: Cerner

• Straightforward Scope with Fast Credentialing OB limited to epidurals only. No spinals or blocks required. Credentialing in about 45 days with cross-coverage available.
