Locum Tenens Opportunity | Hospital-Based | Care Team Model
A full-service medical center in the Dallas Metro Area is seeking six (6) board-certified/board-eligible Anesthesiologists (MD/DO) to support a new anesthesia group transition. This is a high-volume, well-supported hospital environment with a broad case mix and long-term ongoing need.

Length of Assignment: Ongoing
Initial 3-month commitment preferred (shorter may be considered)

Schedule Options:
Day shifts available: 5x8s, 5x10s, or 4x10s (no 12s)
Night shift option available (5p–7a with post-call day off)
Call: Required (1:6 rotation)
Weeknight and weekend call
Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Endoscopy, EP, Cath Lab

Care Team Model
MD to CRNA ratio: Maximum 1:4
OB coverage required on day shifts, night shifts, and while on call
OB CRNA in-house 24/7 with backup CRNA available
CRNA takes first call; MD takes second call and may be required onsite depending on case complexity

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active Texas medical license required
Clean background and credentialing file required
Comfortable with OB and supervising CRNAs

Credentialing
Estimated timeframe: ~90 days (may be expedited)
Temporary privileges may be available
Providers with prior system credentials may receive priority consideration

Compensation & Benefits
