Anesthesiologist MD/DO locum opportunity for Sentara – Careplex Orthopedic Ambulatory Surgery Center

Seeking ONE Anesthesiologist MD/DOlocum.
• Copy of Active Board Certification/ online verification of their board status
• Candidate Must possess an ACTIVE VA license.
• Virginia DEA is required.
• ALL Malpractice claims must be listed (to include dismissed claims)
• Any other potential RED FLAGS
• Restrictive procedures/ clinical limitations
• Local candidates will be given first consideration.
• Time Gaps 30 days and greater (include date range and explanation separate attachment)
• When presenting candidates please include ALL Pay Rates
• Specify Travel needs: Flight, lodging and / or rental car, etc.
