Join a high-acuity, 600+ bed teaching hospital in central Texas as a locums Electrophysiologist. This is an excellent fit for EP physicians who enjoy complex cases, a strong multidisciplinary team, and the stability of 3–4 weeks of work per month—while still preserving locums flexibility and time off.

Assignment Snapshot
• Location: Central Texas – large academic heart program
• Setting: Inpatient + outpatient within a comprehensive cardiovascular institute
• Start: Spring 2026 (flexible for the right candidate)
• Duration: Up to 6 months of ongoing coverage

Schedule & Call
• Days: Monday–Friday, ~8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Coverage: 3–4 weeks per month
• Call: Weekend call required; occasional overtime on lab days for add-on cases

This schedule works well for EPs who want predictable blocks of work with defined stretches of time off between rotations.

Clinical Scope
• Electrophysiology / pacemaker and device-focused work
• Combination of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic
• Work alongside 5 physicians and 5 APPs in a collaborative team
• Academic, high-acuity environment with trainees and a broad cardiac referral base
• Epic for inpatient and outpatient documentation
