Cardiovascular Surgery APP Needed in IN

Job description

Location: Ft. Wayne

Start: October/November

13-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: This would be a 5- 8s or 4- 10s position with on-call included. This person would be working in the OR doing cases. They would work 4 10 hour days each week from 0630-1700. Take call 1-2 nights a week 1700-0700 and then be on call on the weekends from Saturday 0700-0630 on Monday morning.

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 2-3 surgeries
· Providers Requested: 6
· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Cerner
· Skills required: CSFA or PA with cardiothoracic experience. PAs must know how to endo vein harvest.

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IN License
· Fellowship: Required
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 10-30 Days if clean background
