Cardiology APP Needed in OR (PT or FT)

Location: Hood River

Start: June

26-week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: We will need coverage every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday but we are open to different schedules based on availability such as varying days, week on/week off, etc. Shifts are 8am-5pm (with a one hour lunch)

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 12
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Mid-level provider would provide on-campus supervision for echo/nuclear exercise stress tests, administer dobutamine stress tests, as well as in office cardiac device checks and stress tests performed by cardiac device tech.

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active OR License
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days
