Heart Failure NP/PA opportunity available in WI
Start Date: 7/20/26
Assignment Length: 3-6 months with possible extension
Schedule: Full time. Monday-Friday 8a-5p, no call
Additional Details:
• Licensing opportunity!
• Patient population/age: adult+
• Department description: Heart Failure Clinic
• Outpatient clinical procedures, diagnostics, and advanced disease management tasks.

Licensure: Active WI license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30-60 days
