This facility is part of a comprehensive healthcare network serving the Inland Empire region. The medical group provides advanced cardiothoracic surgical services with a collaborative team environment, featuring modern equipment and strong support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Opportunity:
NP/PA - Surgeon - Cardiothoracic

Job Details:
• Provide cardiothoracic surgical services as first assist in a hospital and medical office setting
• Handle 4-5 patients per day with comprehensive surgical support
• Perform required procedures including CABG, AVRs, and lung procedures
• Conduct vein harvesting as a required skill
• Provide daily rounding on patients during assigned shifts
• Work 24-hour shifts from 7am to 7am with 4 shifts per month
• Participate in on-call coverage with call or page system
• Complete surgery first assist duties, hospital rounding, rooming, and charting
• Work with a team of 3 other APPs in a collaborative environment
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation
• Must be Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery or General Surgery with CT Surgery Fellowship
• Requires active California state license and BLS certification
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Self-Query NPDB report required within 30 days of presentation
• Credentialing timeframe up to 90+ days
• 6-month assignment starting ASAP upon credentialing
• Surgical experience mandatory - no exceptions

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
