Job Title: Cath Lab Nurse
Location: Lewiston, ID, United States
Contract Details: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (schedule based on department needs)
Bonus: $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (requires a minimum of 1-year Cath Lab experience)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and identify needs.
Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
Provide patient and family education throughout the rehabilitation stay and before discharge.
Deliver care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Participate in Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI).
Maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
Promote rehabilitation nursing philosophy and scope of practice.
Document medical necessity in the medical record accurately and timely.
Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Support hospital leadership and act as a role model.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree in nursing.
Current RN license in Idaho or licensure eligible.
BLS certification on the first day (or assigned by the Learning Center).
ACLS certification within 3 months of hire.
NIH Stroke certification within 3 months of hire.
Previous ICU or ED experience.
Previous Cath Lab experience preferred.
