Cardiologist needed in Arizona

Job description

Start Date: 3/24 or ASAP
Contract Length: 3 months
Shift Details:
• Monday – Friday
8a-5p with 1 hour lunch
1-2 weekends per month

• Frequency of Weeknight or Weekend Call Requirement - 1-2 weekends per month
Work Details:
• Support Staff: 2 Physicians in group
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: full-time
• Patients per day: 16-20 patient per day
• Patient Population/Age: 60+
• Department Description: Cardiovascular Institute in Flagstaff needs general cardiology coverage
• EMR: Cerner
• Skills Preferred: interpersonal and relational with staff and patients
• Interview Process: Teams interview
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
• Board Certification Preferred: Boarded in General Cardiology
• License Required: AZ License - IMLC License is ok
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• Flexible schedule
• Ongoing for 3 months
• This is a clinic position with 1 weekend per month taking hospital call.
