Job description

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Clinic schedule is Monday-Friday 8a-5p with weekend call coverage 7a-7a. Looking for full time locum coverage in the Ambulatory Clinic starting ASAP until a new provider(s) is hired for the facility. Ideally looking to have 2 locum providers to work 2 weeks on/2 weeks off in tandem to create a full time coverage plan.

· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Epic

· Skills required: outpatient, inpatient, ICU, Echocardiography

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active MT License or IMLC
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 Days
