About the facility
A facility is looking for a locum tenens Cardiologist to assist with inpatient coverage for a 7 on/7 off schedule starting as soon as credentialed.
About the facility location
Buffalo, New York has so much to do while on assignment. Other than the one and only Niagara Falls, you will also be able to go to various museums, historical landmarks and get some buffalo wings, invented at the Anchor Bar.
About the clinician's workday
The locum will be working a 7 on/7 off schedule, inpatient only. The provider will be responsible for rounding/consulting on approximately 4-10 patients per day + TEEs and cardioversions. Weeknight and weekend call are required. If the provider is interested in assisting in the outpatient clinic for 1 week per month, the schedule would be M-F, 8-5, with no call. Candidates must be board-certified and hold an active NY license to apply. Credentialing will take approximately 90 days.
