Location: The intersection of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin along the beautiful bluffs of the Mississippi River as a metropolitan service area for seven surrounding counties. It is a place to grow roots with a population of just under 60,000 there is something to do for all interests arts, events, historical architecture, recreational activities, plus affordable housing and a place to raise a family private and public school options. Opportunity: Ability to perform minor surgical procedures, be involved in perioperative management of patients, consultations, placing orders, discharge summaries, and patient teaching. The provider will provide care for hospitalized patients in both the pre-operative and post-operative settings. Hours are Monday – Friday call required with physicians supporting time off. Experience working as NP/PA in Cardiovascular Surgery and ICU are required. Facility: The leading hospital in the tri-states, offering the only comprehensive cardiology center and level II regional neonatal intensive care unit in the area. Other services include a trauma center, a CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit, home health care, orthopedics, retail pharmacies, palliative care, and a wide range of outpatient and community services. Compensation: Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
