✅ Requirements
🗸 Master of Social Work from an accredited program
🗸 Active New York State LCSW license
🗸 Minimum of two years of clinical experience
🗸 Fluent in Spanish
🗸 Experience with psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, evidence-based therapies, and EHR systems
🗸 Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

🗸 Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
🗸 Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
🗸 Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
🗸 Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams
🗸 Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
🗸 Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
