About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide individual and group therapy services to adult patients aged 18 and older during day shifts scheduled 8:00 AM4:00 PM four days per week and 1:00 PM9:00 PM one day per week. The clinician will manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per day while treating a broad behavioral health population ranging from anxiety to severe mental illness, including patients with suicidality. Primary responsibilities include conducting 1-hour intake assessments and leading group therapy sessions of approximately 15 patients lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes. The position requires maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation and coordinating care delivery within the community-based outpatient behavioral health facility environment.
