✅ Requirements
🗸 Master of Social Work from an accredited program
🗸 Active New York State LMSW license
🗸 Minimum of one year of relevant experience
🗸 Fluent in Spanish
🗸 Experience with psychosocial assessments, case management, and EHR systems
🗸 Strong communication, organizational, and cultural competency skills

🗸 Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide supportive counseling under supervision
🗸 Collaborate with the clinical team to develop patient care plans
