Job description

📍 Location: Near Roanoke, VA
📅 Start Date: October 14, 2025
📆 Contract Length: Ongoing – October shifts listed, with availability requested through end of year
🕒 Schedule: 12-hour shifts; primarily nights, open to days if available
👥 Case Volume: Daily patient volume ~20
🏥 Practice Setting: Med Surg ICU – 28 beds; CVICU – 14 beds
🧪 Procedures/Details: A-lines, intubations, central lines, vent management required
📑 Special Certifications: Active VA license + DEA, ACLS
🚨 Credentialing: Quick turnaround required; only fully licensed VA providers will be considered

🍂Current October needs:
10/14–10/19 (night coverage preferred)
10/30–10/31 (possible day and night coverage)
Nov/Dec pending APP schedule to see opens, but likely need ~15 shifts/month
