**Days and Nights required**

Start in April/May for 7-10 shifts per month

12 hour shifts



Waukesha

300 beds

24 ICU beds

ADC 15 - 18

1 MD/1 APP during the day 0700 to 1900

1 APP at night 1900 to 0700 with MD on-call



Oconomowoc

156 beds

11 ICU beds

ADC 1 - 3

1 APP during the day 0700 to 1900

Waukesha night APP provides telemedicine support with MD on-call
