🔹 Coverage Type: 1099 locum
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: June 15, 2026
🔹 Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
🔹 Schedule Blocks: Full week coverage required (no partial weeks)
🔹 June 15–21: Nights (7PM–7AM)
🔹 July 6–12: Nights (7PM–7AM)
🔹 July 13–19: Nights (7PM–7AM)
🔹 July 20–26: Nights (7PM–7AM)
🔹 July 27–Aug 2: Days (7AM–7PM)
🔹 Aug 3–9: Days (7AM–7PM)
🔹 Aug 10–16: Nights (7PM–7AM)
🔹 Aug 17–23: Nights (7PM–7AM)
🔹 Aug 24–30: ICU coverage (shift details TBD)
🔹 Travel: Airfare, rental car, and lodging provided
🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 ICU Coverage across two facilities (Level II & Level III Trauma centers)
🔹 Responsibilities: Management of complex, critically ill adult inpatients, collaboration with hospitalist and specialty teams, participation in intermittent robotic telemedicine consultations
🔹 Procedures: Standard ICU procedures
📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certification: Required
🔹 Training: Internal Medicine residency + Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship required
🔹 Experience: Strong background in pulmonary & critical care with high-acuity ICU experience
🔹 License: Active Idaho state license required (IMLC accepted)
