Historical Salary Data

How does this year's salary for CRNAs compare to other years?

The average CRNA salary has steadily been increasing over the years and through the pandemic, despite anesthesiology MDs whose salaries shrank marginally year over year.

Although more than a third (36%) of CRNAs stated their salary decreased in recent years due to the pandemic, and 37% said they were laid off or furloughed in 2020, demand continues to be high and prospects strong for nurse anesthetists in the U.S.
