MD/DO- Dermatologist - Longview, WA - Locum

Job description

JOB INFORMATION:

• Site Location (indicate trauma level if applicable) – PeaceHealth Dermatology 812 Ocean Beach Hwy Ste 200, Longview, WA 98632 and PHMG - Mill Plain Dermatology 15613 SE Mill Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA 98684
• FTE needed: 1 FTE for 6 weeks
• Dates needed – As soon as possible, as credentialing allows (August/September is ideal but again, only as credentialing allows)
• Shift Schedule details and duration – Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts. (M, W and F will be in Longview. T and TH will in be Vancouver) Must be able to work both sites.
• Call Schedule / Responsibilities – N/a
• Inpatient and Outpatient ; Outpatient
• Avg PPD: 26 ; Adult with Some pediatric
• Credentialing Time frame – Are temps available – 60 days
• Reason for coverage – Gap in coverage due to FMLA
