Diagnostic Radiologist Needed in Detroit, MI

Job description

Job Title: Diagnostic Radiologist – Locum Tenens
Location: Detroit, MI
Schedule:
Night shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
Remote ED coverage
2–3 weeks of coverage per month (minimum 7 shifts/month)
Will consider candidates for 1 week per month
Average ED cases per 8-hour shift: 80–120

On-Call Requirements: No call (Scheduled clinical hours only)
Board Certification Required: Yes – Diagnostic Radiology
Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Telehealth coverage)
Patient Population: Adults (Emergency Department cases)
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: 2–3 residents overnight + 1 radiologist
Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
Procedures Include:
Emergency Department diagnostic reads
High-volume overnight ED cases (CT, MR, X-ray)
