Job description

Two Indiana hospitals are seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for ongoing locum coverage now through March 31, 2026. Both facilities offer a range of shifts across weekdays and weekends, allowing physicians to tailor their schedule to their availability.

The positions are in a fully equipped, modern outpatient emergency setting, supported by a strong team that includes APP coverage and full specialty backup. Physicians will see an average of 16 to 20 patients per shift in departments with 23 beds each.

Credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days

EMR: Cerner

No call required

Specialty backup available at all times

Annual volume: Fishers – 15,917; North – 24,828

Average daily census: Fishers – 43; North – 68

Shifts range from 7 to 12 hours depending on location and day of week

APP support on all shifts with expanded weekend coverage
