looking for an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician. Looking for a minimum of 5+ shifts a month consistently. Credentialing is a minimum 90 days. Looking for a provider that is open to working both sites, O'Bleness and Cambridge

Job Description:

Board Certified Emergency Medicine or Board Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience are welcome to apply
Physician-led organization
27k/yr ED volume
16 bed ED
24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
36 hours/day of APP coverage
Meditech EMR
Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)
On-site administrative support
90 days credentialing timeline

Requirements
Provider must be available for nights and weekends - please note in availability at time of nameclear
OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED, no exceptions
MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
NRP - REQUIRED
Clean background - no exceptions
