Job description

We are seeking an Endocrinologist for an outpatient-only locum assignment in Washington due to a gap in coverage. This is a well-supported clinic environment with manageable patient volume and no inpatient responsibilities.

Schedule & Coverage

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: 8:00am–5:00pm (8-hour shifts)

Call:

Answering service pager coverage during business hours only (8a–5p)

Hospital patients only

Start Date: ASAP with urgent credentialing

Practice Details

Setting: Outpatient clinic

Privileges: Clinic only

Patient Population: Ages 16+

Patient Volume: 12–16 patients per day

Rounding/Admissions: None

Support Staff: Yes

Requirements

Licensure: Active Washington license required and must be in hand at presentation

Certifications: BLS required

Case Logs:

Documentation of endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism services

Must be representative of scope and complexity of requested privileges

Covering services provided within the previous 24 months

• Ongoing for 6 months
• Call only during business hours 8a-5p for hospital patients only
• WA license required
