📅 Assignment Overview
• Schedule: 3 days per week, clinic only
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour day)
• Duration: 6-month assignment (coverage gap due to provider leave)
• Scheduling: Block scheduling available and flexible to accommodate travel

🏥 Practice Details
• Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• Patient Population: Adults
• Volume: 16–18 patients per day
• Team Model: Collaborative environment with physicians and NPs
• EMR: Epic
• Call: No Call responsibilities

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified in Endocrinology
• Active Washington license required (license must be in hand; IMLC not accepted)
• BLS required
• Case logs: Documentation of 100 patients within the last 24 months
