• Must see all ages
• Mon-Thurs, every other Sat
• 9 am - 6 pm (Sat 9 am - 1 pm)
• Will accept provider willing to do 3 days a week
• Basic primary care
• One week credentialing
• Support staff: 1:1 MA
• EMR: CyberMed
