What You’ll Do

Provide care in a 100% outpatient setting (12–16 patients per day)
Focus on adult and geriatric patient populations
Develop individualized care plans with a team-based support staff
Manage chronic conditions and preventive care within a value-based model
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active (or eligible) Florida medical license
Interest in value-based care and senior-focused medicine
