"Join a rapidly expanding physician owned practice specializing in skilled nursing and post-acute care services. This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider looking to work in skilled nursing facilities, physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedics, and geriatrics settings. New graduates will be considered & additional roles available in Washington, California, New Mexico, and Wyoming.
