Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: We require 24-hour coverage from 8am on January 16th through to February 21st.

· Department description: Trauma Level 2 Facility
· EMR: Cerner hospital/Athena clinic
· Skills required: Upper GI endoscopy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Colonoscopy
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active FL License
· Fellowship: Preferred
· Certifications required: ABLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• 24 hour on call coverage
