Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule: Provider will work in the clinic majority of the days. There may be opportunity for call in which the expectation would be that the provider would work clinic and take calls (all expected to be paid at the regular hourly rate) from 8am-5pm and then 5pm-8am they would be on night call. June 5-6, June 9-13, June 16-20

· Patients per shift: 12-16
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Upper GI endoscopy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy. Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Liver biopsy
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• On call required
• Upper GI endoscopy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy. Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Liver biopsy
