• Location: Eureka, CA
• Start date: June
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
• Shifts: Will work in the clinic majority of the days. There may be opportunity for call in
• Schedule: Clinic (8am-5pm) and then Call (5pm-8am)
• Current dates:
o June 5-6
o June 9-13
o June 16-20
o July forward TBD
• Support staff: Yes
• Patients per shift: 12-16
• EMR: Epic
• Skills required: Upper GI endoscopy, Esophageal dilatation/manometry, Esophageal manometry interpretation, Small Bowel biopsy. Lower GI endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Liver biopsy
• Required: Board Certified, Active CA license, BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Travel, lodging, License and malpractice covered
