Seeking provider to perform therapeutic procedures such as ERCP and EUS.

ILLINOIS- Urgent Need to start Immediately and ongoing.

LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #46140 – Maywood, IL (just 20 min outside of Chicago)
• Schedule: M-F 7a - 5:30pm, 24 hours call on the weekends.
• The rate is the same for 8-hour shift as the 24-hour rate.
• 1 FTE will accept multiple providers to fill the position if needed.
• EMR: EPIC
• Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20
• Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 12
• Physicians in Your Group? 13
• Number of Patients Per Day: 15
• Level I Trauma Center
• Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstacke/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endo flip.
• Estimated 3-month credentialing timeframe.

REQUIRED:
• IL state license; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified - Gastroenterology
• DEA, CSR.
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
